Looking to run your own event at Lone Star Game Expo? Here we have all the information required to get your event registered to our schedule. Please reach out below if you have any questions.
  • Event Name

    Provide the name of your session, or if you’re submitting an RPG, the name of the module or one-shot you are running to list on our schedule.

  • Event Description

    Provide a brief description of the event you would like to run.

  • Game or Game

    Name of the actual game or system that players will be playing.

  • Maxium Number of Players

    The maximum number of players that are able to play that does not include you as the GM.

  • Provided Supplies and Pre-Generated Characters

    State if you willbe providing supplies or pre-generated characters, and if you are, what these supplies will be.

  • Preferred Start Time

    Select which date and time slot you would most like to run your game during.

  • Alternate Start Time

    In the event that your preferred time slot is not available, please select a second date and time you can run your game.

  • Game Duration (Including Setup and Breadown)

    Please give an accurate estimate of how long it will take to set up, run, and break down your game.

  • Suggested Age Range

    What is the recommended age range for your game? If your game includes mature content, please explicitly note this.

  • Skill Level

    To help players join games they’ll best be able to play, please state the skill level of the game you are hosting. If it is beginner friendly, please state if you are willing to support new players as they learn the rules of your game.
